Things of matter.

Here are a few of my favorite pictures of this summer. 

I was blessed to have gone to a couple of friend's weddings.

Blessed to explore new areas and vacation.

And blessed to see God's creation at it's finest. 

It becomes more and more apparent to me that I sometimes cherish the things that do not matter. I love flowers, but they have a short-lived glory and will soon wither and die after a certain season. I love people as well, but after a short lifetime they will eventually leave us as well. So what will I cherish forever? What will I put my hope in that will not die and that will not let me down in its imperfections? 

There is only one thing I know of that can fulfill me for eternity and that is my creator.

The Lord my God goes with me. He will never leave me nor forsake me.
